Daniel M Landry III principal of The Landry Law Firm in Lafayette Louisiana successfully obtained a $12 million dollar Court Judgement against the City of Lafayette on behalf of over 600 Police and Firefighters for the non payment of State Supplement Pay by the city. At issue in the lawsuit was the pay plan in effect that was used for the police and firefighters from 1978 through 2001 especially the manner in which the first responders were denied state mandated supplemental pay.
